Chapel Lane Meadows near Wymondham

Areas of open access have been established across a number of fields to provide informal recreation opportunities for walkers. Through the Countryside Stewardship Scheme these fields have been reverted from arable land to grassland to provide new feeding and breeding habitat for ground-nesting birds, small mammals, invertebrates and raptors alike.
