Walsingham Estate Farm near Fakenham

You are invited to walk or ride around the premissive footpaths and bridleways which have been provided by the Walsingham Estate Co under the Countryside Stewardship Scheme. The routes shown on the map offer attractive views of ''High Norfolk'' and the Stiffkey valley and link with existing public rights of way and the Pilgrims Way along the former railway line. You will be able to see grassland and cultivated field margins, new hedgrow planting, beetle banks and wild bird seed mixtures: all of which benefit wildlife, such as farmland birds, small mammals, invertebrates and rare arable plants.
