Newlands near Ross-On-Wye
This permissive footpath takes you through this hidden valley to the west of Upton Bishop. The slopes of the valley support grass and wildflower species providing habitat and foraging areas for insects and birds. Wild daffodil grows on the lower slopes in the spring. The brook that runs along the length of the valley is lined with mixed tree species including coppiced alder, ash and oak.
