Mobberley Farm near Cheadle
The farm is on the outskirts of Cheadle, with much of the holding situated in between the Godley Brook and Cecilly Brook, tributaries of the River Tean. In recent years the farm has ceased dairying and now runs a pedigree Aberdeen Angus suckler herd. The path, which is linked to an existing public right of way takes you through historic water meadows rich in flora and fauna. These fields are adjacent to the Godley Brook where both otter and water vole have been recorded.
