The Richardson partnership own The Fields and Carr House Farm and rent the block south west of Onneley along with the other small parcels.
The land is managed by either grazing or silage production; there are some areas of woodland on the farm as well as areas of wet grassland
The land is all grassland and has been registered organic since 1998.
The block of land south west of Onneley lies within the Catchment Sensitive Farming area of The Tern and Roden.
